This research is  purposed to study correlation of variables in treatment in three ways such as Bio-Psychosocial variables including social-background variables including social-background variables and relapse episodes of heroin addict during treatment. For the sample group in which studied this time as heroin addict of male to admit (out - patient) for treatment at the Narcotic Clinic, Health Department, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration which provide resident in the area of Bangkok, has member in family from 2 persons and up so fan And to be a good record from last detoxification to enable performance in term of treatment and in detoxification having narctic condition again in number of 263 persons. To be devides a group which in rapidly relapse episodes 162  persons.  For the group which in slowly relapse episodes 101 persons. Instruments of research are questionnaires which regarding the treatment records of narcotics uses, family record. And test for personality " PICS" And analysis by chi-square. 
                Therefore, which bringing to analyse is only level of methadone in receiving before using treatment which related to length  of relapse episodes in the condition of its vital or statistics at level 0.01.  Nevertheless, The variables indicated relapse episodes rapid and slow are level of methadone, environment of resident and economic.
