Psychological characteristics and Social-situation Factors Related to Conflict of Interest's Behavior of Subdistrict Administration Organization Chairperson in Lopburi Province. Master thesis, M.S. The purpose of this research was 3 aspects : 1) to study the relationships between Psychological characteristics and Social-situation Factors Related to Conflict of Interest's Behavior of Subdistrict Administration Organization Chairperson in Lopburi Province. 2) to investigate interactive effects of Psychological characteristics and Social-situation Factors Related to Conflict of Interest's Behavior of Subdistrict Administration Organization Chairperson in Lopburi Province. 3) to discover the predictive variables of the conflict of interest's behavior of subdistict administration organization chairperson in Lopburi province. The sample in this research consisted of 114 elected chairpersons of subdistrict administration organization in Lopburi province. Data collections were through questionnaires. Data analysis was by means application software, to analyze Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient, two-way ANOVA and Multiple Regression Analysis. The research results found that : 1. The moral reasoning factor and the future orientation-self control factor had negative correlation of statistical significance at .05 level to conflict of interest's behavior, with moral reasoning having the highest correlation (r=-.350), followed by future orientation-self control (r=-.211). Regarding Work value and Organizational culture factors, negative correlations were found, with no statistical significance to conflict of interest's behavior. 2. No interaction among psychological characteristics i.e. moral reasoning, works value, orientation-self control, and organizational culture to conflict of interest's behavior. 3. The predictive variable of conflict of interest's behavior of subdistict administration organization chairperson was moral reasoning which can explain conflict of interest's behavior at 12.2%.
