The two main objectives of this study were 1) to compare the Job performance in communication in accordance with Thailand International Public Sector Standard Management System and Outcomes (P.S.O.1102 : Communication system) with educational personnel of the difference of psychosocial characteristics 2) to compare the power of predictors of social characteristics and psychological characteristics on Job performance in communication The sample used in this study consisted of 274 persons, who had worked in the Ministry of Education from simple random sampling. Six independent variables were achievement motivation, attitude towards work communication, role ambiguity on work, work social support, work socialization and ittibaht4. The dependent variable was Job performance in communication in accordance with P.S.O.1102 : Communication system. Descriptive statistics , two way ANOVA and Multiple Regression Analysis were used to analyze the whole group data and one background characteristics group data The results of this study were as follows: 1) There was interaction effect between Psychosocial factors and Buddhist characteristics related to Job performance in communication in accordance with P.S.O.1102 : Communication system in the total group and subgroup as follows: 1.1 An interaction was ascertained between attitude towards work communication and work socialization on care action job performance in communication in the total group and young group, low experience group, and the undergraduate group. 1.2 An interaction was ascertained between attitude towards work communication and work social support on care action job performance in communication in the total group and young group, old group, low experience, extensive experience group and higher than the undergraduate group. 1.3 An interaction was ascertained between achievement motivation and iddhipada4 on care action Job performance in communication in the total group and old group, high experience group and higher than the undergraduate group 2) Psychosocial factors and Buddhist characteristics concerning the different aspects of Job performance in Communication in accordance with Thailand International Public Sector Standard Management System and Outcomes (P.S.O.1102 : Communication system) as follows: Role ambiguity on work, iddhipada4, achievement motivation and work socialization could together predict job performance in communication of educational personnel. The determination power was 58 % in total group, when individual subgroups were analyzed, it was research finding on 49% in young group, 67 % in old group, 52 % in the undergraduate group, 77% in higher than the undergraduate group, 57% in low experience group, 66% in extensive experience group.
