Care action and Rehabilitation action. Descriptive statistics, Two-way Analysis of Variance and Multiple Regression Analysis were used to analyze the whole group data and 5 background characteristic groups data. The reseach finding were as follows: 1. Concerning the different aspects of Professional-role action 1.1 For Professional-role action, it was found that Professional-role identity and Professional sociatization with health tearn could predict 22-08 % of variance in Professional-role action. The most important predictor for 4 groups was Profession-role identity 1.2 For Preventive action and Encourage action, the result showed that Professional socialization with nursing team and Ittibaht 4 could pedict 13.88 % of variance in Preventive action and 13.21 % of variance in Encourage action. Professional socialiation or Ittibaht 4 was the most important predictor for 2 groups. 1.3 For Care action and Rehavilitation action: Professional-role identity, Professional socialization with nursing team, and Professional socializational with health teamcould predict 15.71% of variance in Care action and 16.04% of variance in Rehavilitation action. It was also found that Profesional-role identity or Ittibaht 4 was the most important predictor 2. Professional-role actions were in the high level for all groups. When comparing different aspect ofProfessional-role action, Care action was the highest score and Rehabilitation action was the loweat one in all groups 3. For Professional nurses, there were interaction aspects of Professional socialization with health team and Role ambiguity on Care action, the interaction aspects of Role ambiguity and Ittibaht 4 on Rehavilitation action, and the interaction aspects of Professional-role identity and Ittibah 4 on Preventive action. For Technical nurses, there were the interaction aspects of Role ambiguity and Buddhist practice on Profession-role action. It was also found that the interactions betwwn Rehavilitation action and Ittibaht 4 affect Preventive action, Care action and Rehaviltation action for nurses who having work experience between 2-5 years. 4. For Psycho-social Characteristics, Professional socialization with health team andProfessional-role identity affect all Professional-role actions in both whole group and 2 background characteristic groups. 5. For Buddhist characteristics, the result clearly showed that Ittibaht 4 was the most powerful predictor of Professional-role action in both whole group and 3 background characteristic groups. | SWU | | BSRI |
